Our quotes are detailed and concise. Trade breakdowns are provided showing clearly everything that is included and allowed for. Extra items later requested not listed in the quote or in the contract are quoted separately as required.

Domestic building works over $ 10,000 in Victoria require a Domestic Building Contract. Contracts of $16,000 or greater require insurance and a current certificate of domestic building insurance will be provided. The contract contains details of plans, specifications and insurance. If you are thinking of your future project don’t leave it to just before you want to start. We, as do other builders, have a schedule of several jobs booked in advance so its never to early to get us in to start the planning, talk strategies and provide you with a quote. The planning, drawings and permits all take time. Leave it to the last minute and you might find the builder you want for the job is unavailable and your commencement date unrealistic.
