Steve Rees, the owner and director of SPR Constructions is a licensed builder and a fully qualified experienced carpenter. Steve is the builder, manager, site foreman and carpenter on the tools with every job. Quality is guaranteed as Steve is onsite and involved in every aspect from start to finish.

Steve is registered with The Victorian Building Authority as a registered building practitioner
(DB-U 22969) and is a member of The Housing Industry Association (HIA) (#507163).

SPR Constructions specialises in domestic building, expertly constructing new homes, period or modern, undertakes renovations and extensions large or small, performs refurbishments and carries out maintenance of structures interior and exterior.

SPR Constructions has an established experienced and reliable team of sub-contracted professional and industry qualified tradesmen consisting of electricians, plumbers, plasterers, painters and other trades delivering an extremely high standard of workmanship to achieve the superior quality that SPR Constructions not only expects but also delivers.
