SPR Constructions Vic Pty Ltd together with McFadyen Building Services Pty Ltd have formed a formidable partnership and work in unison together on many projects.

Brendon McFadyen is the founder of McFadyen Building Services Pty Ltd and like Steve is also a highly qualified and experienced carpenter and registered builder achieving 30 years of knowledge and skill in the building industry.

Brendon is registered with The Victorian Building Authority as a registered building practitioner
(DB-U 9640) and is a member of The Housing Industry Association (HIA) (#517685).

Brendon and Steve work intuitively together not only as professional carpenters but as joint managers, site foreman, the men in charge and the men working on the tools with every job, everyday.  Overseeing all phases of the build ensuring the highest quality standard from start to finish on all projects, consulting with each other and the clients every step of the way ensuring a smooth progressively run job right through to the completion.

The joint partnership has been operating successfully for over 16 years. This achievement can only be attributed to the way Steve and Brendon both take a personal interest in all jobs undertaken. What sets them apart from the others is the high standards they set, the attention to detail and the fact they would not accept anything less than if it were their own home.
